The graph and chart below give information about 3D cinema screens and film release. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparison where relevant.
The graph compares and contrasts data on the changes in number of digital 3D screens around the world whereas the chart represents the quantity of cinema releases in two types, namely live action and animation. Overall, as can be seen from the graph and chart, the production of digital 3D screens and directed films significantly increased between 2005 and 2011.
First of all, having looked at the graph, it should be acknowledged that in 2005 the quantity of digital screens was diminutive almost zero but during the 3 year period there was a slight increase which was followed by a massive growth. In 2009 the number of screens was equal to 10000 and during the next two years has sharply increased and reached the mark which accounted for 40000.
It is clearly shown that between 2005 and 2007 only animation films were produced and the number of them was limited. 2008 saw the first appearance of live action films and until 2011 there were much more animation films than live action. By 2012 the combined number of films reached over 75 and the number of animation approximately was approximately equal to 26 which was almost a half of live action films.
