Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant

The graph demonstrates the quantities of fish and three kinds of meat consumed in a country in Europe during the period of 15-year from 1974 to 2004.
With regard to consumption of cattle’s meat, despite beef’s popularity saw a high in the first 10 years with peak at 230grams per person per week, this number plummeted more than a half, ending at just over 100grams. Also lamb experienced the similar movement, starting at exactly 150 grams and rapidly dropped thereafter to approximately 60 at the end.
Turning to the last kind of meat and fish, chicken’s starting point was average with 140 grams and moderately fluctuated before finishing at almost 248, far outweighed the rest. The only aquatic animal appeared to be least favored as its consumption was nowhere near as much as meat. However, its trend was quite stable and the number shifted between over 60 and roughly 40 grams.
In summary, what stands out from the graph is that the citizen of researched country added up more chicken in their weekly diet. By contrast, consumption of both fish and meat experienced inconsistent trend over the studied period. Quantities of beef, lamb and fish consumed decreased at the end, especially the slump of beef.
