The bar chart illustrates how many percentage of people working across 6 countries in the year of 1995 and 2005.

Overall, Switzerland were a country that was not different too much in the rate of male and female employees both years, comparing to the percentage between male and female in Australia which had a large difference.

A glance to the graph provided reveals something that Iceland topped the list, with the highest percentage of male employees in both years (over 70%), but they were only the third highest rate of females in 1995 and 2005, which were over 10% slower than that of Switzerland. By contrast, Switzerland held the second rank in the rate of males at the moment. Not surprisingly, a bottom position belonged to Australia, which the lowest percentage, including males and females in both years. Although they had an upward trend the rate of male and female employees, especially the percentage of male in 2005 which was slightly lower a little bit than that of the third rank, at nearly 70%.
