The line graph indicates the amount of questions reported by the Tourist Information Office in a single city over a half year time in the year 2011.

Overall, It can be seen that people at that time were least interested in reporting via letter or email.

Firstly, looking at the enquiries recorded In person. The trend towards communicating in person has seen a significant growth over the period. In detail, starting from January the enquiries were just more than 400 and in May it was doubled. Ultimately reaching the highest number among the other two at 1900 queries. Secondly, Telephone is the second most favourable mode of approaching to the tourist office. It was started with a hunge number at around 900 people enquiredin january and then it fell down in february by 100; but, again it started jumpig and reached at 1000 questions in april. From then, a steady upward trend can be seen with a maximum of 1600 concerns in june.

On the other hand, people has shown least interest in communicating through letter or email and that's the reason, a gradual downward trend can be observed. Started in june with just below 800 concerns and then a steady flow till march. After that, the decrement started and ended in m ay at 350 enquiries and then ended with same numbers in june.
