The line graph illustrates the total Indian and Chinese population in billions from the year 2000 and the expected population growth after 50 years.
Overall, the population rate of India increasing drastically and steadily without any fluctuations, while on the other hand, the Chinese rate is decreasing nominally. In future India will become the most populated country beating China behind.
The number of people in India during the year 2000 was around 10,00 billion which is relatively low compared to the 12500 billion people in China. Indian graph gradually rose afterward and in the year 2010, it reached around 1200 billion. It is well evident that by 2020 India will be almost equally populated as China and after 10 years will cross China’s predicted population of 14500 billion. By the year 2040 and 2050, respectively Indian graph will touch 1600 million which is almost higher than 20 billion of the Chinese population.
The Chinese graph, In the year of 2010 showed a Sharpe increase of 10 billion in comparison to the past 10 years. It will clash with Indian graph during the year 2030 and then it will plunge to an extent of 14billion, ending at the lowest in the year 2050.
