The bar graph illustrates about the population who owns the computer from the year 2002 to 2010. In comparison with how many students buys with his level of education in the years 2002 and 2010.

Overall, in the beginning of the period the computer ownership covers the half graph. Where the post graduates uses the computer most. On other hand at the end of the period the computer users were increased and were most however the post graduates was only the most by some increase in percentage

Firstly, in 2002 the computer ownership was around 50% and when the years got increased the ownership also got increase. The percentage was getting increase approximately 2% to 3% in a year and till 2010 the percentage made up was nearly 70

In contrast, at the year 2002 the highest education level for the computer ownership was post graduate qualification reaching about 80% and nearly 10% increase in 2010. Where as the number of High School diploma was the least in the graph with nearly 15% in 2002 and close to 45% in 2010. Where as other 3 High School college, bachelor's degree were between 60% to 90%
