In the last decade of the first period it started to decline in the years 2007-2008. next decade did not see any falls, it increased gently from 21 to 30 euros in 2008.
In contrast, the action price of Outokumpu business over the next period fluctuated, dropping from approximately 7 to 16 euros; meanwhile the major changes was the giant decrease from 30 to 7 euros in 2008 and reached the lowest point of the price. Despite of the fall, the action cost has increased steadily by the year 2010 at 16 euros and then continued declining.
