The line graph shows the number of enquiries received by the Tourist Information Office in one city over a 6-month period in 2011.
The diagram illustrates how many questions sent to the Tourist Information Office in one city over the course of 6 months in 2011, according to three different manners. Overall, the amount of enquiries asked by email and person grew remarkably while a slight decrease was recorded on phone's figure.
Looking at the chart, people who make enquiries directly in the Tourist Information Office comprised the highest number at just over 400 at the beginning of the year. In the next two months, there was a fluctuation around four hundreds and a half on this figure. Similarly, the trend of people who tended to request a question by email remained the constant at approximately half of a thousand. In addition, after March, there were substantial growth on both figures. The number of questions requested by mail peaked the highest point at over 1200 while the trend of asking directly comprised less than 400 enquiries at the end of research period.
What's more, compared to two above numbers, enquiries by phone's figure experienced a significant decline. Before reaching the lowest point at below 300 in March, this trend fluctuated between 300 and 400 questions in the two-month period. Additionally, although the figure stabilized in April, there was a considerable fall by a hundred enquiries.
