the maps below show the center of a small town called Islip as it is now, and plans for its development.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The following maps provides some information about various developments that will take place in the center of a small town which is called Islip.
As can be clearly observed from the maps, the center of Islip will experience many different modifications, the most significant of which will occur in Main road where it will be allocated to pedestrians only. In addition, the row of shops at the north of Main road will disappear and replace by such infrastructures as bus station, car park, and a shopping center, while a series of shops that are located at south of Main road will remain unchanged.
Moreover, construction of a dual carriageway is another important improvement of the Islip town center. Whereas the site of school seemingly will be fixed at the southern part of the center, the park shall become smaller and new housing will be designed at the west of the park.
It is clear from the maps that unlike the current situation of town center, all facilities of the Islip town center will be surrounded by the dual carriageway like a ring.
