Dear John,
I am, Bibhu Kalita, a gold member of the club - "The Night" since last 5 years. It was a wonderful journey in this club, and I must say it is the best until date. However, I regret to inform you that I will not be to continue my membership from next month.
The club was the best location since I joined, as I was new in this location and I had no friends initially. However, I am able make friendship with many other members; few of them have become my best friend. I must confess that the swimming pool and gym are the best among several other amenities. Furthermore, "Saturday night gala party" events will always remain close to my heart.
Actually, I have got a new job offer from some other company in another city, that is why I have to discontinue the membership that I recently renewed. Although I really do want to leave this place, but sometime, we have to move on for the sake of better future. I would definitely miss this place! Finally, one last query- is there any possibility to get the refund of my latest renewal, as it is just one month old.
