Overall, it is clear to see that the process has three different stages, beginning with collection of wasted bottles. The next step shows how to recycle glass bottles and the process ends with the filled bottles ready for sales again.

In the first stage, it starts with gathering used bottles at collection points before getting them transported. Then, all the bottles have to be put under high-pressure water to clear all the dust. Next, they are classified into three particular types: brown, green and clear before being delivered to the glass factories. In this place, all the glass bottles are shattered into small pieces. Those species are burnt under 600°C to 800°C into recycled liquid glass in the furnace. Then, after mixing some new recycled liquid glass, the mixture is formed by a mould into the completed glass bottles. Finally, they are used again as the container of liquid and delivered to the sales locations, such as supermarkets.
