To begin with, the land degradation caused by four reasons, over-cultivation, overgrazing, deforestation, and other. Furthermore, over cultivation has a small percentage. It is around 28%. Whereas, over-grazing was 35%, and deforestation was 30%. There was 7% of other .
Moving forward, Europe was most affected with the deforestation at 9.8%. Meanwhile, North America, and Oceania was less affected area. On the other hand, ocenia was highly influenced of over-grazing at 11.3%. North America was faced a problem of over-cultivation at 3.3%.
Overall, it is evident that, majority of agriculture area was devasted by over-grazing. Whereas, Europe was the region, where maximum land got degraded by the same causes.
