The pie chart depicts how the six major area of the world use water for various purpose in sectors like agriculture, industry and domestic use.

Overall from the graph we can say that the agriculture sector in central asia consumes the maximum amount of water whereas Europe consumes the least. Also, north America intakes the largest amount of water for industrial use and central Asia uses the least.

If you see the chart Asian and Africans use more than eighty percent of the water for agriculture. In south America water is most widely used for agriculture it constitutes around 71% of the water.

In contrast to this north Americans and Europeans use the water significantly for industrial 48% and 53% respectively. Africa and central asia being the least. Total of the amount of water used by both the countries (Africa and central asia) is 12 percent which is equal to the water consumption of south east asia for industrial usage. South America uses 10% of water for industrial purpose.

Water for domestic purpose is used predominantly in south America and Europe (19% and 15% respectively). Central Asia and south east Asia use the same amount for water for domestic use that is about 7%.
