Essay topics:

The plans below show a student room for two people and a student room for one person at an Australian university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The picture depicts a room for a pair of students and another for a single student at an Australian university.

Overall, the differences between the two rooms are the size, the facilities, the price, and how many students each room can accommodate. As can be seen, the first room is much larger and more convenient for students so it is also expensive than the second one.

In terms of price, the first apartment costs students 350$ per week while the figure for the second room is lower with 200$ per week. However, the room for two students is more spacious than the one for a single student, which is at 6x4m and 6x2.5m respectively.

From the perspective of furniture, both rooms have the same kitchen equipment, bathroom, and television. Nevertheless, the first room has two beds, two desks for studying, table and chairs, a bookshelf, and a window compares with the second room just features a study desk, a bed, and a larger window.
