Diagrams provided in the task provide information on amenities, key features and price of student room for two people and one person respectively in an austrailian university.
Facilities offered in both kind of accomodations include a stove, sink, microwave, and bathroom.
Major difference between both kinds of accomodation is in rent. Student room for single person costs $200/week whereas, for double accomodation cost is $350/week. Another thing that stands out different is width of the rooms. In this reagard double occupany room has width of 4 meteres while that of single occupancy has width of 2.5 meters. Additionally, facility that are only present only in double occupancy room are set of table and chairs, and a bookshelf.
Some facilities differ in numbers in both kind of accomodations. Double bedroom accomodations have two beds, two cupboards and two study desks, while one bedroom room just has one of all these facilities.
Bathroom in both kind of facilities is present at top left corner with kitchen amentities like sink, stove and mircowaves on left side of wall in double occupancy room. Whereas, in single occupancy room this is at bottom left.
