In addition, world greatest scientific investigation center Nasa, whereas that have maximum availability of youngsters than older age people.
The main disadvantages associated with that would be lacked of experienced and capable person on the new creation and invention. However, an older age people who have knowledge and techniques about different thing by the long participation on these sector, in order to without participation of well konwn experienced people that would be difficult in the investigation and construction new thing. As well as older people who has ability to bear any work and has knowledge of different subject matter as well as they known the significant of work so they can give the full of concern on any work and a activities.
