Proportion of computer ownership
The first graph illustrates the proportion of people who owned computers in 8 years by population, from 2002 to 2010, whereas the second bar chart reveals the percentage of those people by level of education of the years between 2002 and 2010.
In general, the number of computer ownership performed an upward trend through 8 years. Besides, the percentage of the computer owners became higher as they pursued higher academic level.
As apparently showed in the first graph, the percent of computer ownership in 2002 was approximate 55%. This figure rose gradually through 8 years and reached its peak at 70%.
It is clear from the second graph chart that the amount of computer ownership without high school diploma was the lowest one in the period, with about 15% in 2002 and 42% in 2010 after a sharp increase. As more people with higher academic level own computers, the figure of postgraduates was the highest one with more than 70% in 2002 and over 90% in 2010.
