I am writing this letter to bring to your notice the high level of disturbance caused by a newly opened restaurant, which operates until late night. This is a grave issue for us, as we are unable to concentrate on our studies and sleep properly. Could you please help us in resolving the problem.
Let me explain my situation, the brand new joint is a musical theme based outlet, so it has karaoke nights and jam sessions every night from 9 -12 pm in the night. Thus, it causes much noise and the volume is turned up during the live performances, which is frustrating and annoying for me and I cannot concentrate on my assignments.
I would suggest the following: The owner changed its timings for the jam play and karaoke sessions from 9 -12 pm to 6 - 9 pm, so that we can doze off harmoniously and study in peace. Additionally, they can turn the volume down and do their activities indoors without creating much nuisance. could you please look into this matter with your urgent attention.
