The table below gives information about five types of vehicles registered in Australia in 2010, 2012 and 2014.

The given table illustrates the ownership of five different kinds of vehicles in Australia and compares the percentage of change between 2010 and 2014.
Overall, it is evident that there was a dramatic upward trend in the number of all types of vehicles over five years of the period. It is also notable that while passenger vehicles were the most common, the opposite was true for light trucks.
As can be seen from the table, starting at nearly 2 million in 2010, the figure for passenger vehicles saw a significant increase of nearly 1 million in 2012 before peaking at precisely 13 million two years later. Meanwhile, there were 106000 light trucks registered in 2010, which was over 100 times less than that of the former and then hitting the highest point of 131000 in 2014. We can also see that despite the enormous rise, the proportion of change in the quantity of passenger vehicles was only only over 10% compared to over 23% in that of light trucks.
Out of the rest of given means of transport, commercial vehicles became the most prevalently used ones, standing at over 2 million in 2010 as opposed to only 540000 and 384000 respectively of motorcycles and heavy trucks. During five years of the period, change in the quantity of heavy trucks was 8.3%, which was smaller in comparison with 17.4% and 30.8% of the other two vehicles
