The given data represents the total number of visitors and satisfaction survey of visitors based on several categories like very satisfied, satisfied, dissatisfied, very dissatisfied and no response during the year before and after the refurbishment of Ashdown Museum.
On a glance, it is clearly seen that the number of visitors has increased very well from 74000 before refurbishment to 92000 after refurbishment. When going through the visitor’s survey there has been an improvement in the satisfied category people to 40% as it was 30% before refurbishment. The number of very satisfied people has also seen an increase to 35% when compared with before refurbishment where it was 15%. It is also seen that the rate of dissatisfaction has seen a huge reduction from 40% before refurbishment to 15% after Refurbishment. Similarly, very dissatisfied category has also gone down to 5 % from 10% with respect to the previous year. No response hasn't seen any difference and still remains the same at 5%.
