The table represent the total number of people who visited Ashdown Museum before the renovation took place and after it, while two pie charts depict the breakdown of the grade to which the visitors were satisfied with the museum facilities, snapshotting information at the same two years.
As could be seen from the table, the amount of visitors significantly increased as a result of fulfilled refurbishment process. Moreover, the level of satisfaction spiked greatly, from only 15 people being very pleased with the services provided before the museum was refurbished to 35 visitors after the renovation.
As for details, the numbers of visitors during the year before modifications amounted to 74 thousand and it reached 92 thousand visitors the year after. In addition to this positive trend, one can noticed that 40 people were dissatisfied previously, but this number decreased more then 2.5 times after the redecoration was ended.
The ratio of people who were very dissatisfied and showed no response did not changed significantly over the span of two years and decreased only by 5 visitors.
