As businesses become more competitive, almost every manager is now trying to motivate their employees to put more effort into their job performance, and a common way of doing so is basing an employee’s salary on their rate of production a one of the most effective methods if encouraging and motivating people to be hardworking, in the workplace, is to give them parsing depend on their productivity, in terms of production and sales. In my opinion, I agree with.

In one hand, in competitive statement companies search the ways that can engage employees in positive competition and try to work harder to more profit. In fact, one of the mail reason people work in an office is money. We need money to support our family, our personal needs and to live in this world. Then a large of employees are motivated and enthusiastic to put all their energy and strength when aware they would be paid according to their efforts. Hence, the company s ranking and revenue will improve.

On the other hand, some people have the opinion have pay to staff for raising in sales would not be any negative impact on others. Any form of rewards like a plane ticket, certificate, holidays is quite restricted in terms of utilization however money would give the employee complete freedom on how to spend it. for instance, may be a staff want to give for his mother with the additional wage he might earns. This is a result of the consciousness that their salary is depended on how much thy produce or sell. For this reason, they would compete with coworkers to be the best and this will lead to improve sales and produce.
In conclusion, I believe that deciding how much an employee should earn based on them sales or production is a good method. Employers when awareness about earn more money than try more.
