The tables bellow show result of a survey of urban resident's opinions related to various aspects of life in 1980 and 2020

The diagrams illustrates how the six aspects of life are through urban resident;s judgment from 1980 to 2010.
Overall, it is evident that while shops, healthcare, transport system and accomodation were received more possitive judgments, whereas the qualification in term of education , environment reduce significantly according people's opinions. In addition, the number of citizens who give opinions with medium judgment for all fields decresed sharply.
On the one hand , there is a considerable rise in food feedbacks in term of four different domains consist of shops,healthcare, transport system and accommodation. The number of good opinions for healthcare in 1980 was 64 and increase to 83 in 2010 and become the field received the biggest number of possitive judgments.Meanwhile, shops and transport system had more possitive judgment and also less negative opinion with 81 and 67 good judgments respectively in 2010. Accomodation showed a stronly rise in possitive opinion from 56 in 1980 to 65 in 2010. However, the bad opinions about it also increased to 18in 2010.
On the other hand, people reaction become worse in both education and environment. Education was judged as a best service in 1980 and then become worse in 2010 according resident's opinions. The number for good judgments of environment decreased from 72 in 1980 to 64 in 2010.
In conclusion, while many aspects received more possitive reactions , education and environment was given more negative opinons.
