The two pie charts illustrates the online purchases for retail sector for two years, 2005 and 2010. Calibration is shown in the form of percentage.
Overall, Online sales excelled in Electronics and appliances division in 2005 whereas Food and beverages division were purchased maximum in 2010. Purchases of Video games were minimum in 2005 while home furnishing was least in 2010. There was more or less 10 percent change in all categories for both the years.
To begin with, Electronics and Appliances accounted for 35% of sales in 2005 whereas it dropped by 5% resulting in 30% in 2010. Also, Home furnishing had a fall in percentage of 10% from 25% in 2005 to 15% in 2010.
However, Food and Beverage sales had a rise in percentage of sales by 10% percent with 22% in 2005 to 32% in 2010. Sales for video games also peaked by 10% in 2010 with 23% while 18% in 2005.
