However, in the period between 1962 and 1982, this sector increased dramatically to 30% and made up the second largest proportion. As regards phone method, the figure witnessed a considerable growth by 25%. After 20 years, phone became the most popular means of communication.
In contrast, the percentage of communicate by using letter accounted for exactly one half, which was the highest percentage at the beginning of the period. In the last year, the sector experienced a 5-fold decrease from 50% to 10%.
