waves as a source of energy

Essay topics:

waves as a source of energy

The diagram illustrates the production of electricity by using waves as a source of energy.

It shows that how wave functions inside a chamber, due to these waves air pushed in and out inside these chambers help to rotate the turbine which generates energy.
Beginning with the first diagram, we can see a structure that is built above the ocean floor, beside the cliff or sea wall. This structure contains a chamber, turbine, column, and outside the structure, there’s a bulb. The bulb is attached to a turbine, the turbine being used as a source of energy. The whole process begins, when the waves come inside the chamber. Due to waves, the pressure builds up and the air inside the chamber is pushed in towards the turbine. This whole process results, in the turbine spinning which generates energy. That can be used to light the bulb.
When looking at the second diagram, as explained above when the air is pushed in due to waves coming inside the turbine, this wave goes back to the ocean. While it goes back, it takes the air sucked out which results in the turbine spinning again. Due to the turbine spinning again the electricity is generated. This process repeats itself generating electricity as a source of energy.
