Dear Sir,
I am Bharat Prajapati, working as a full-time employee in IT department of Matrix Solutions as a Network Engineer. I am writing this letter to grievance regarding vehicle parking issue since long time.
Our office building has no any parking space. Therefor, all staff suffer where to park own vehicle. Our firm located at the centre of town and it is congested too. Moreover, locality is too posh as I can not afford higher rent to stay near to office. Thus, i rented a flat outside the city at where rent is cheaper than this place. Apart from this public transportation stoppage is also far away from our location so, we have to board an auto and sometimes have to walk due to long queue in hiring an auto and reach office with low energy.
Our organization has more than fifty number of staff who suffer daily due to unavailable of parking space. Few colleagues stopped drive to office in their personal vehicle due to space issue and getting late intermittently to reach at office.
Near to our building at walking distance there is one open space of private owner. I know him very well and he has no any plan to build anything in near future so we can rent that space for parking.
