I hope this letter find you in a radiant health and best of spirits. Recently i have joined new firm and got promoted as senior telecom engineer. I am writing this letter for assistance from you regarding some awkward matter that i a, facing since last few days in my newly assigned task.
To commence with my work profile, i have a team of four junior engineer and i have to assign daily task and make sure to complete in a given time through proper coördination and technical guidance. Moreover, i have to be a bridge between local office and head office to report all the updates. Furthermore, i am responsible for the whole new LTE site survey, installation, integration, commissioning and till on-air the site as well as after that maintenance of the site too.
Since last few days i am facing some issues in software update in newly deployed equipment, which is Airscale bts. Many times tried to upload software with new login cable as well as i have changed the parameter too but it fails when i activate it on the system. Moreover, factory reset also done to erase old configurations but it did not work. Due to this problem many sites stuck to declare it as on-air and huge business escalation started.
As you have an expert hands in this kind of matter and have wealthy experience. Thus, please suggest me a solution. We can arrange meeting near your office or can have discussion on cell. Please let me know what would yo prefer. I have attached the screen shots of error print outs to better understand the issue.
