writing a letter to complaint about a holiday.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my disappointment with the quality of service from your company. I booked online a package tour on the website of your company but unfortunately, the adventure holiday did not live up to my expectations and did not reflect the description on your advertisement.
According to your advertisement, you claimed that there would be a variety of activities every day for me to choose. However, in reality, there was merely a choice of two. On 8 days, neither windsurfing nor sailing was offered and the other guests feeling extremely dissatisfied.
Furthermore, we were thoroughly disgusted with the fact that the three-day camping expedition completely failed. It is undeniable that the weather is unpredictable; nevertheless, your company cannot take it as the reason for this failure. As an experienced holiday company, you must have had some backup plans to make provision against possible problems.
Added to this, Mr. John, the coach, did not fulfill his responsibility and tackle the issues tactfully. Additionally, he was unable to promote group solidarity; consequently, some problems arose and caused dissatisfaction among people.

Another complaint concerns the hotel services which were not what I had been led to expect from your brochure. Instead of staying in comfortable hotel with double rooms or remarkable facilities, I was put in a youth hostel which was far away from Wildside Hall. That was seven miles away and we had no transport. To make the matter worse, the facilities at hostel were equally disapointing with table tennis and a pack of card without swimming pool, library or sauna as on your advertisement. In addition, the quality of food was very unsatisfactory. I must express my concern about the fact that the variety of food offered by the restaurant was very low.

I feel strongly that the description of the advertisement on your website should be changed as it totally inaccurate and misleading. I would very much like to hear from your reactions to all this, and I anticipate receiving an apology and substantial refund from your company.
I look forward to a swift solution to this matter.
Yours faithfully,
Jennifer Clara.
