Dear Sir
I am writing this letter to complain about unsatisfactory experience we had at your restaurant last week. We often visit this place for get together because we like the environment and food.
Last week, We all friends decided to start with starter. We ordered a vegetable sizzler. It is very sad to say that it was not tasty at all. Vegetables were not cooked properly even it was smelling. Then, I requested waiter to take dish back and served us with new one but he refused to take back and started arguing with us on its taste and fresh. His behaviour was aggressive and intolerant which is completely unappreciable. The worst thing is he forced us to pay for the dish which we had not eaten.
I would like to suggest please check the food before serving to customer. You should consider hygiene and soft communication on your priority. We also want apology letter from waiter. Please consider such points so that we continue our visit at this restaurant.
