Dear madam/sir
I am writing to inform you about a book I have borrowed from public library yesterday. My i.d. is 7045,the book i have taken is BUSINESS STRATEGY by Mark Furor, second edition.
However, when i opened the book today for my assignment work I got to know that some very important pages from the edition were torn away. The missing pages are from 17 to 32. Those pages contain significant information. Due to this incident I am unable to continue with my work.
My sincere advice to you is to check each article in front of the borrower when they come to return the book. This is the only way to keep a check. And do fine a penalty for those who use the precious books carelessly.
I would be grateful if you could arrange the same book in two days time, so that i can complete my work. I will make a follow-up call tomorrow.
