Overall, the production of bricks for building industry involves seven stages, beginning with clay digging and finishing with delivery.
First of all, raw clay is collected by an industrial digger and sent to the factory. Following that, a metal grid is put on top of a roller to filter small pieces of clay and tranfered them to the next stage. At the same time, water and sand are added. The mixture is poured into a mold or cut by wired to form bricks then moved to the drying oven for 24 to 48 hours. Before packaging, the brisks are gone through a heating and cooling process. They are heated in the kiln from moderate to high temperature, then rested in a chamber for 48 to 72 hours. Finally the complete brisks are packed and delivered for building purposes.
