Dear Sir/Madam,
Being a responsible citizen of this nation, I am writing to you to express my immense dissatisfaction regarding the proposal of expanding our local airport along with multiplying the number of flights. Allow me to elaborate the deplorable consequences of the implementation of this notion. Plus, I believe that I am the best person to bring them to your knowledge as my residence is also located in the same society i.e. "Green Valley" which is adjacent to the airport.
Firstly, it will inevitably add on to the noise pollution here as it is already extremely difficult for children to study in such a nerve-wrecking milieu, it will indeed worsen the current situation. Also, roads heading towards the airport are old and are quite narrow as well. However, this drastic change will definitely aggravate the number of conveyances resulting into overwhelming traffic and congestion on roads.
Considering all these factualities and their pernicious impact on day to day lives of lakhs of residents living in this area, I strongly discord this notion.In fact, I feel that the quality of life of so many people should not be compromised. Although, I am in favour of the development of this realm but it should certainly not be done at the cost of the requirements of a slew of human beings.
