02.10.2017 You are unhappy about a plat to make your local airport bigger and increase the number of flights. You live near the airport.
Write a letter to your local newspaper. In your letter.
Explain where you live
Describe the problem
Give reasons why you do not want this development.

Dear Sir or Madame,

I am writing to share my concerns about the announced plans to increase usage of our airport.

I live in the small town that hosts the discussed airport. My house is situated on a crossroads of West and South streets nearby a local hospital in a couple of kilometers from the main airport building.

Firstly, the airport is located in the heart of our town and local infrastructure was not designed to handle the volume of cargo and the number of passengers that will have been arriving after the reconstruction will be finished. Secondly, aircrafts that land in the airport create a considerable noise that distress sleep of small children and elderly who live near the runway. Increasing in the number of flights accepted will undoubtedly worsen the current situation.

In other words, this development will unquestionably have a disadvantageous influence on the quality of life of local dwellers whose everyday traveling will be turned into a nightmare due to traffic jams. Moreover, if the plans were implemented, the taking off and landing jets would not ruin well-being of the town inhabitants of all ages but also have a detrimental effect on local wildlife that is well-known for its richness.

I hope that my complaint will be taken into account by the authorities.

Sincerely yours,

Eugene Dubinchuk.

Your conditions are not stable currently. Some times good, some times not. It should be around 7.5 out of 9 in your current level if topics are developed properly. 'properly' means two conditions:

1. it is not out of topic
2. some issues you have nowadays should be removed.

Overall, you are more than average in writing.
