Do you agree or disagree with the folllowing statement? A person's childhood years(the time from birth to twelve years of age) are the most important years of a person's life. Use spesific reasons and examples to support your answer

Whether childhood is the most important term in everyone's life is a never-ending debate. The people who are in favor of this argument, bring up the fact that our character is shaped in the childhood, in supporting their opinion. While some believe adolescence is the most crucial period of everyone's life. And, adolescence is the time that our future path will be determined.

All the successful individuals have a sort of common personality. These people never give up in face of desperate situations, they learn from their mistakes and after any failure, they start over. If examined precisely, the roots of such a strong character would be found in their childhood. Moreover, studies have shown that people's personality shaped in the very young ages. And, the majority believe that it is our characteristics that determined the quality of our life. For example, if someone is perseverance, that person will work hard to achieve their dreams even if it needs arduous trying. Therefore, the most vital term in our life would be our childhood.

Some view adolescence as the most impactful term of life. Since, it is the time we go for study in the university, start a career and maybe start a family, therefore, it is certainly the time of our most critical decisions. If we do great in the adolescence, our future happiness will be guaranteed. Literally, adolescence is the time of investment for the future, if individuals invest wisely, they would gain a good profit. Thus adolescence is way more important than the childhood years.

At the end of the day, I believe there is no affirmative answer to this argument. In different cases, it can be either right or wrong. Some owe their success to their childhood years while other may owe it to their brilliant performance in their adolescence. Since people are different it is not reasonable to extrapolated examples to whole cases. Hence in my opinion dependent on the people, the childhood years could either be the most important term of their life or not.
