This is Pourya Mirzaei. I am wondering if you still know me I am a person who you spoke with about a job vacancy in your restaurants. This letter is written in reply to your helpful suggestions.
Not until a week ago did we speak together on a plane to Istanbul about your restaurant. We spoke about the company's goals and plans which were highly valued. We had a lot of brainstorming throughout the subject and at the end of the day, you offered me to contact you for more information.
As we had talked about my interest, I am keen on cooking. actually, I have spent all my energy in this job since I was 20; therefore, I can work as a cook in a restaurant; however, I think I might be needed more experience to work as a chef because I have to learn about different kinds of dishes.
Having said about my desire to take this position, I have an academic degree in cooking and hold special qualifications in both Italian and Iranian dishes. I expertise in seafood as well; thus, I could be employed in any place you wish for.
