Decades ago, candidates were appointed on the basis of experience and qualifications. But, nowadays condition has been changed employer now inquire about personal informations before hearing. First of all, there are plethora people believe that taking information like hobby, interest, marital status, residential status can be beneficial for employee and employer both. Like if organisation know personal details, then they can easily understand job. Because of family and staying place. So, all those case personal information help greatly.
One more point can be added that, personal information needed for company for providing platform according to skill and interests. For highlight the point, if any one have interest and hobby of spending time with kids then normally he or she can be a good teacher for nursery teacher. Meanwhile, hobbies and interests needed for profession choosing.
On the other side, some nation believe that personal and professional the should be separate. Hearing on job should be on the base of qualification experience and skill. Even, they do not comfortable to sharing personal details with organization because nowadays people are very quick on passing judgment. All the personal information because a reason of headache of starting work. On the case thousand example you will get laying beside. Another common issue women normally do not want to give marital status because many organization reckon that unmarried are active on work and married give more focous on family.
