– Suggest a solution for the car park problem.
– Explain how this will help your company.

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to address an issue regarding the car park crisis for the existing employees of our company which has been a major concern recently.

As you know, due to a major expansion of our company wings three new portfolio has been added with us, resulting in a hike in the employee numbers since the last quarter of the year. As a result, the number of self-driven cars has also increased by almost 50 percent, but, unfortunately, the available car parking facility remain the same. As a result, about half of the cars have to be parked outside the parking area, usually on the street which resulted in an increased number of traffic violation tickets for the last couple of months, causing an extra financial burden on the colleagues.

In this circumstance, we need an additional car park which can be managed by the adjacent unused field. For this reason, a fund of some 10,000 Doller is required to be released from the trust. If the new car park is built, a sheer number of our workers will be able to use it comfortably that will enhance productivity as well as the convenience of us which ultimately lift the motivation to work.

To alleviate the suffering of us, you are requested to take an initiative to build a new car park.

I look forward to taking positive action in this regard.

Yours sincerely,

A T M Jakir Alam
