I am writing this letter to submit my resignation as I have decided to embark on a new journey of my career. I will start working with another organisation starting next month.
I have decided to quit mainly because I want to make a shift in my career. I have been working with manufacturing department since last 4 years and I believe I should start working with Design department to meet my career aspirations of becoming Director of Automotive Company.
I would be forever grateful to have you my mentor during all this time and I give you all the credit of my professional achievements. I honestly feel very sad that I won’t be working under your supervision and with this great team in coming days.
