Dear manager of Trust Taxi Service,
I am A T M Jakir Alam and I have recently availed a taxi service a couple of days ago. Unfortunately, I dropped one of my official files in that car.
I went to Chottogram from Dhaka to conduct my regular corporate monthly meeting on 12 February 2019. While I was returning to the airport from the hotel Agrabad I called one of the taxis of your company numbered GA340987 to catch the flight to Dhaka at around 10 am. Since I was running out of time to check in, I told the driver to step on it, and fortunately, I could reach at the airport on time thanks to his maneuver. To my surprise, I noticed that I left my important official file on the car while the plane was ready to take off.
This file contains confidential information regarding the tender documents of my company. If the documents are unveiled to an unwanted person, it might cause severe negative consequence to my employer organization.
In this circumstance, I would like to request you to send the related papers to my address which has been attached with the letter and notify me to my email jakirph12345@gmail.com after sending.
I look forward to receiving the documents as early as possible.
