How are you? I hope that you've made all the arrangements for the trip. I'm writing this letter to let you know about the few details which would help you to come to my home after arriving at Melbourne train station.
Unfortunately, there is an important meeting on your arrival day which I need to attend it. So I wouldn't be available till evening. Don't worry, I've made all the arrangements so that you can have a safe way to my home. You can take my house's keys from my neighbour, John. I have already informed him about your arrival, so he won't be surprised. Just go and ask for the keys, I am sure that he would be happy to help you.
I will give you the route details on how you can reach my home from the train station. There is a taxi hub in the south exit of the station, go there and just ask for the Central Church. Make sure to ask the driver to take you from Bakers road as It's just a 20 minutes drive from there.
After you have entered my house, you would be a little hungry. I have already made lunch. So make sure to heat it in the oven before having it. You can sleep in the guest room, don't worry, I have clean the room yesterday. Have a good sleep there. I will try to reach by around 7 pm. I have already made the reservations in a fancy restaurant for the dinner. So don't eat after lunch.
