I hope you're well. I'm just writing to thank you for accepting my proposal to take care of my house and pet in my absence, and want to let you know some instructions related to them.
Actually, I'm going to Goa for a week, and will stay at 'Windsor hotel' in Vasco De gama in city. In case of any emergency, you can contact at Hotel receptionist phone number, or you can make a call to my personal mobile number which will you find in diary which I've placed on the table in lobby area near the landline phone.
My dog 'Tommy' is very friendly, so you don't need to be afraid from him. You just have to give him warm milk in his bowl two times a day as he don't drink cold milk. Also give him water time to time so that he can not face dehydration and get proper nourishment.
Another duty I want to give you that you have to watered my plants on daily basis at the morning time because they easily with withered due to scorching heat of these days, and make sure maid also groom at Park regularly so that extra leaves can be composed easily.
