I am writing to thank you for accepting the responsibility of taking care of my home and kitty when I am away.
As I have mentioned before, I want you to be present at my flat for two days and nights since tomorrow. You can easily contact me during my absence via phone call or messenger. So do not hesitate to call me if needed. I will also give you the phone number of my host for emergency occasions.
I will sort out every thing before my leave, so that there would not be any special duty for you except the kitty. The only thing remains is taking care of her food for four meals each day. The pocket on the table would be enough for two days. I will also place a bowl of milk for her to be on access during the day.
The other important thing to do is to make sure that the door is locked before you sleep. I will give you the keys just when I see you prior to my flight.
