The two given maps compare the layout of Grane public park in 1920 when it opened first, and today.

Overall, different minor and major changes are made since its establishment, while the location and area of the park were left untouched.

According to the maps, the park had two main entrances on the northern and southern wings, the former to Arnold Avenue and the latter to Eldon Street. While both entrances still exist, a new underground entrance from the car park to the south-east corner of the park is added. Another major difference is the replacement of the central fountain with a rose garden, leading to the relocation of seats from the walls to the surrounding of this garden. There is also another rose garden in the north-west corner which was available since 1920, whereas the other garden on the north-east part is now substituted with a café, and the third rose garden which used to be at the south-west is totally removed.

In addition, the traditional stage for musicians at the left side is renovated to an amphitheater for concerts, and the glasshouse in the south-east part was changed to a water feature. The last but not least difference is the replacement of pond on the north-east corner with a play area for kids.
