Dear John,
Hi I hope you are doing fine there. I just received your letter regarding your problems at work lately. Coincidentally I happened to experienced those difficulty in the past.
In my opinion you should not stress your self out because it could strain not only your emotions but also your health. In the past most of my colleagues are bullying me because I was a new employee back then. Everyday they are teasing me, scolding, and even say curse words. What I did is I had shown them what I am capable of, my skills, aptitudes, and character that I have learned in my lifetime. I applied it to my work which greatly reduced the bullying and in time they would also respect me the way I treat them.
John you should show them your talents as well as show them that you are the right guy for the job. If there are anything that I could help you with just give me a call or email me.
