You live in a room in college which you share with another student. However, there are many problems with this arrangements and you find it very difficult to work. Describe the situation, explain your problems why it is difficult to work and say what kind of accommodation you would prefer.
Dear Madam,
I currently reside at the college halls of residence and I am writing to you to request for a change of accommodation.
At this moment, I share a room with Diego Maradona one of the college varsity player in football. Although we get along as a room mate but we have a quite different study pattern. It is difficult for me to study a night since that he is very noisy when sleeping. As well as, he prefers to study at dawn which at that moment I am sleeping this gives both of us a lot of problems when it comes to studying.
It has been 2 weeks since I have arrived here at the college and up until now I cannot cope with this problem. I feel that if this scenario will continue it could have an adverse effect on my grades as well as our friendship might be torn apart.
I would like an accommodation which would be best if we both have the same schedule and same college course so that we would not encounter the same problems before.
I apologize for any inconvenience that this will cause you and I look forward to hearing from you soon with some good news.
Yours sincerely,
Bill Caguioa
