I'm writing this mail to tell you don't worry once I saw your asking me for help this morning. This mahchine learning issue is ususal when we begin to do the data analytic work.
I totally understand your concern because I met this trouble when I was senior student at university. I saw your code and the data source, finding that there were some flaws at the data cleanning part. That's why your model always did not fit the test data well.
So here is my advice that you should modify the data scale correspoding to the machine learning method, since some of them need to be scaled to the range of 0 to 1. As for the other parts you did great job.
Do not hesitate to mail me if you get any trouble on this, it's hard but we can fix this problem. I'm happyily waiting for your reply.
