What you have to do is, you should talk to your colleague. Don’t be shy, just start with saying “Good morning.” Also, participate in all company recreational activities. Don’t hesitate to take a part in company events. Tyr with these suggestions, and let me know about the progress. Anyway, I will come and meet you before the end of next month.
