I am Vajira Kalupahana and a regular customer of your shop. I am writing this letter to complain to you about the poor quality of your product as well as the customer service.
I purchased a Sony flat screen LED TV from your shop last week. When I check it at home, the picture quality was so poor, and sometime it displayed a blue screen. So, I called your customer service center, and they gave me instructions to check the color settings of the TV. Nothing was wrong with the settings as I experienced. So I informed your customer service sener again about it. They just ignored me and said, “we will come and check it tomorrow.” Five days have been passed since the last call, and nothing has happened yet. My brother who is an electrical engineer just observed the issue and mentioned that this a manufacturing fault with the color guns.
I am expecting an immediate action from you. Either you should replace my TV with a new one, or you should repair it within one or two days. I hope you will not encourage me to complaint to the Customer Affairs Authority.
