I hope this letter finds you well. I understand you are very much occupied with the new project work as it’s a green field implementation.
As you had mentioned in your last letter regarding an issue you are facing in Call Forwarding case to voice mail. I believe you are facing the issue only in the case of call forwarding to not reachable case.
In fact , I had encounter similar issue during the airtel project implementation at Mumbai.
In order to troubleshoot I had captured end to end wireshark traces of the failure cases. Upon detailed debugging issue identified at HLR end.
In your case , I suggest you to check first subscriber provisioning at SCP end. This will help you to eliminate scripting error of database. Once you passed on this check I think then definitely u can corelate my case with yours one and get the rectification implemented at HLR end.
To me you must be able to identify and solve your issue from above mention steps.
